Since breaking ground last year, construction on Copperblock Capital & Beljan Development's Inglewood Intersection 123 has progressed with foundation work appearing to be largely complete.

Photos by Forum contributor Romanov taken last weekend show the concrete foundation walls poured and ready to support the rise of the four storey residential infill building.

Designed by Gardner Architecture, the project is set to bring 46 residential units to 123 Street just north of 111 Avenue in the Inglewood neighbourhood, within walking distance to major bus routes and the 124 Street shopping and gallery district.

The building itself will feature brick and wood accents, street-fronting townhouse units, a rooftop amenity area, and secure bicycle storage.
