A new 46-unit residential development has broken ground in Inglewood; according to a LinkedIn post by Jon Schiedel, COO at Copperblock Capital, an official groundbreaking took place last week on Inglewood Intersection 123.

Partnered with Beljan Development, Copperblock received approval to rezone the property - located on 123 Street just north of 111 Avenue where three single-family homes once stood - on April 1, and a Development Permit was issued on November 7.

The Gardner Architecture-designed building will feature a rooftop amenity space, and street-facing ground-level units will have their own townhouse-like entrances. Future residents will be well-situated near the burgeoning 124 Street shopping street, as well as several major transit routes and have access to a secure bicycle storage facility.
