Interior views of sample suites, courtesy of The Trax's website, reveal a modern take on the industrial hard loft aesthetic. Plain concrete ceilings and wall panels are seen juxtaposed to stark white drywall, and an inspirational blend of on-trend furnishings and fixtures.

The building is listed as pet friendly, with amenities including a fully equipped exercise room, while suites are advertised as having 8.5-foot ceilings, stainless steel appliances, and high-end finishes. All around, The Trax appears to be a fine home for those looking to enter into the rental market.
