With site clearance complete, and excavation prep now begun, it will not belong before construction gets underway at Westrich Pacific's Columbia Avenue. In particular, the recent arrival of heavy machinery on-site since the time of our last update in June, has signaled that excavation is imminent.

Located at the SW corner of 113 St NW and 105 Ave NW towards the southern tip of Queen Mary Park, the 5-storey Columbia Park residential project will bring 86 units to the former industrial lands that once dominated the region. Part of a district-wide urban transformation, the redevelopment of the 105 Ave corridor will see hundreds of families and individuals come to call the area "home."

The final product will be composed of a mix of materials, including beige, white, and dark brown spandrel, natural wood shingles, and black brick masonry. Once complete, Columbia Avenue will place residents within the heart of an exciting, rapidly-changing quadrant of the city - just west of the core, and immediately north of the Oliver Square shopping centre.
