Six weeks since we last checked in at ProCura's Central Tower at Century Park, and the 18-storey residential high-rise has now reached completion. Soon to become home to upwards of 250 residents spread across the development's 176 units, Central Tower at Century Park will be the anchor for an entirely new neighbourhood.

Designed by Humphreys & Partners Architects and Manasc Isaac, Central Tower at Century Park has been completed using a gentle, aquamarine colour palette. As such, the tower's blue-green curtain wall, punctuated by white spandrel accents, and grounded by stone masonry, serves the structure well.

The 75-metre Central Tower already commands a great deal of presence within the still-growing Century Park district, the Ermineskin-area mega-development set to transform an entire region of suburban south Edmonton. Adjacent to Century Park Station, and bounded by 111 St SW and 23 Ave NW, Central Tower at Century Park will be well-connected to the city centre.

Once complete, Central Tower at Century Park will be a fine addition to the area, the entire district now in the midst of a major urban transformation.

SkyriseEdmonton will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
