Six weeks since our last update, and Central Tower at Century Park has now all but reached completion. Cladding work is now essentially wrapped up at the 18-storey residential high-rise by ProCura, the 176-unit tower soon to welcome home upwards of 250 residents.

Designed by Humphreys & Partners Architects and Manasc Isaac, Central Tower at Century Park is composed primarily by a series of symmetrical, rectangular volumes, which run the entire height of the 75-metre structure. Covered in a comprehensive glass curtain wall save for the base, which is faced in stone, Central Tower at Century Park cuts an impressive figure, its presence within the aforementioned Century Park district, as the name implies, being very much central to the newly-formed neighbourhood.

Located near the corner of 109 St NW and 25 Ave NW in suburban Ermineskin, far south of the core, Central Tower at Century Park will place buyers close to several major shopping centres, countless big box stores, and numerous chain restaurants. Close as well to the ring road, Central Tower at Century Park will be the ideal location for those in the market for a convenient blend of condo living and suburban convenience.

SkyriseEdmonton will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
