Our last full front-page photo update for Westrich Pacific's Encore Tower was all the way back in November 2017, when the soaring crane was installed on the site. It seems like a distant memory considering the level of work conducted since then. The southwest corner of 103 Street and 102 Avenue is now visibly transformed, as crews continue assembling the below-grade parking garage as they near grade level.

The development is one of the biggest to ever hit the City's planning desks. At 43 storeys and 138 metres, the Dub Architects-designed Encore Tower will be the tallest condominium-only building in Edmonton. It will stand just shy of the height of Manulife Place.

The building's t-shaped floor plan facilitates corner views for every suite. From floors five through 37, the tower is filled with suites ranging in size from 812 to 1,484 square feet. From then on, penthouses take over the livable space with 1,294 to 2,786 square feet layouts. Every penthouse unit comes with a private outdoor terrace.

Amenities are located within the three-storey grand lobby, which will evoke the brick-faced exterior common in the Warehouse District. The space will include a lounge with wet bar, a sundeck area and wading pool, a fully equipped gym, and a landscaped rooftop patio and barbecue area.
