Great news! I read that the launch was a success with a large number of units sold over the first week end. That's good for Edmonton and also encouraging for the market. We have updated the database with the new info. Thanks for the tip!
 
Apparently this one may have had another height increase in April, but the details are sketchy...

If that's true, it's about 45s, and guesstimates are 143m. Will have to contact Westrich to find out.

As prospective buyers flow through the Encore Condominiums presentation centre and take a gander at their future living spaces, they'll also notice a large scale model that captures the exterior design of the 40-storey residential tower. To be built by Westrich Pacific, Encore will occupy a prime corner lot at 103rd Street and 102nd Avenue in the epicentre of Downtown Edmonton.
 
Apparently Encore did apply for a height increase in April, but were refused on unknown grounds:
