Proposed rezoning for multi-unit housing in Britannia Youngstown
October 9, 2019
Edmontonians are invited to a drop-in engagement session to learn more about a proposed rezoning at the southwest corner of 103 Avenue NW and 166 Street NW.
Date: Wednesday, October 16
Time: 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
Location: Britannia Youngstown Community League, 15927 105 Avenue NW
The rezoning would allow a mix of multi-unit housing, ranging from row housing and stacked row housing to apartment housing up to 10 storeys. An amendment to the Jasper Place Area Redevelopment Plan will be required to facilitate the proposed rezoning.
