101 is aesthetically pleasing? Oh my...!

As per which project is next, I welcome any; that stated, which intersections are of priority for me? 101st. Regency, 104ave-101st intersection ( the three dessert corners), and 102st center with slightly higher floor counts- around 5-7 additional floors.

One advantage of a new building here would be it would further push the Northern edge of the downtown. Epcor tower and the future stationlands residential towers do it but then cross the road and the Northern edge feels like it's a the City of Edmonton tower.

That entire intersect is vitally important as a focus. It will become Edmonton's main intersection and any future developments there better shine.
