Great piece by Cooper Csorba. One of the best minds of the younger generation an individual with immense talent. It'll be interesting to see where he ends up. His roots are in Edmonton but I got a feeling he's a little root bound. If ever he comes back to Edmonton he'll be a driving force in our community for years to come.

I want that roundhouse restored to its original 12 bay locomotive capacity with turntable, and be used as part of a new Alberta Railway Museum which should be relocated there from its current nondescript location north of Edmonton. I also want Edmonton Radial Railway society to be merged with the new museum.

I really enjoyed reading this. It would be awesome if there was a collection of articles like this explaining the history and charm of Edmonton's "main streets". However, I am not volunteering myself towards that effort.
