I like the view of that picture, the only thing though that makes me a bit sad is the one parking lot on Jasper Avenue that I'm pretty certain won't see any development despite almost every other property surrounding the park we'll see work within the next year or so as far as I know

This is a very crazy idea, but what if they put in a 4-story professional building with a 3 story underground parkade. But on the park side of the building have a 2 story bicycle parkade instead of the usual loading zone. The loading zone for the buildingcan be on the shared alley with BP's

I would rather see anything on that property, unfortunately that land has sat empty for at least 35 years and something tells me it'll sit for at least another 20.
