Valley Line LRT | TransEd/Marigold | City of Edmonton

I imagine that 107 Street will be finished first (e.g., railway tracks) before going ahead with 102 Avenue. I’m guessing that the Warehouse District Park construction will be the first priority, along with maintaining emergency vehicle access.

I think their resources are spread pretty thin. Mind you transed didn’t start heavy work until 2018. I think it’ll be alright. They also may still be finalizing design / full integration regarding the connection with the SE
 
with 116st reduced to 1 lane N/S at 104ave we have achieved peak grid lock...any one wishing to turn left onto 104ave stops all movement.. traffic is backed up all the way to 107 ave for the south bound folks and down to 102ave for north bound... yesterday I was stuck for 6 (six!) light cycles to get across 104. madness.
 
^alternatives...lets see, there's 109st. aways backed up, 124st... nope, closing that down. The only other streets crossing 104ave would be 121st and 112st.. neither of which gets me going north. and, if I may add, this was at 1pm.. not rush hour.

I often use 121 St to cross 104 Ave which connects me to 124 St.

My one big gripe would be with the incompetent twats who manage the Brewery District. They have seen fit to close off their parkade entrance from 121 St since they seem enjoy punishing those of us who dare to use their underground parking.
