No, it was indeed the date at the bottom - the only date I could find - I wish the updates were actually dated in that case.
Original plan was south of Whitemud once the line opened, as I mentioned last week in a post as well.I estimate about 3.2 km between Strathearn and 102 Street Stations. If the original plan was to do Valley Line work south of Whitemud on weekends, I'm guessing that service could commence in September with downtown closures on weekends or after hours to complete any remaining work.
“Capturing the city’s night life”
I took a look at the 2019 VLW booklet from the city of Edmonton and it shows both intersections as right in-right out only on Page 35.Hopefully the Brewery District will be better than what they have now.
As for the LRT stop, I think they need to get rid those trees that are blocking the intersections.
this is edmonton - those trees won't be big enough to block the intersection when they're put in and they won't survive long enough to get big enough to block the intersection....
...I think they need to get rid those trees that are blocking the intersections.
Yup definitely appears that way. And there are no traffic lights at the intersection for the north-south traffic either which definitely means they won't be driving through that intersection.I took a look at the 2019 VLW booklet from the city of Edmonton and it shows both intersections as right in-right out only on Page 35.
So the trees might be their to stay.
