hey yes, it loks like a new aplication.sometimes they arent on the map yet, but the admins are usualy quick with updates.its worth checking if theres already a similar thread to avoid duplicating information.

So 275 units planned with less than 100 parking spaces - that's quite the (minimal) ratio.

Has their been any residential projects built with that low of a ratio?
