Hey! I received some more information regarding the work being done at Southgate Centre. This includes a revitalized North entrance, and changes to the former sears location. I thought I would make a thread for this. Hope that's okay!

Here is the DP application:

Here is information received directly from Southgate:

"At the north entrance, we are redeveloping the former Sears space. Soon, we will be able to announce which new retailers will be opening. The new development will be unveiled in phases, with the project complete within 2 years. It will look fantastic and we look forward to sharing more news with you in due time."
