Good Day All,
A couple of years ago I refurbished this pedestal clock that stands in front of Camrose city hall. It hadn't been touched since it was installed in 2007. In fact it hadn't actually worked for years before I volunteered to fix it. Well it's stopped working again. I'm not surprised. The mechanisms are not up to dealing with Alberta cold.
Are there any clocks of this style in Edmonton? I'd like to find out how they're working.

An aside: the Kamifurno city crest is pretty cool!

Very cool, welcome to the forum.

It'd be nice to have one in Edmonton like in Gastown. I can't think of any pedestal clocks in Edmonton (in public) but we have a couple clock towers (City Hall and Strathcona Public Building). Would the mechanisms differ much for a clock tower?

Well we have a brand new park downtown that could use a nice center piece or feature like this.
