Yes Petroleum Club, and finally! But ugh 4 and 5 sorey? Might as well go for the maximum 6 if they're doing wood frame. This prime lot deserves a little more.

If this is a successful lease-up (which it should be) then I suspect it could prompt the Mall owners to develop underground parking in association with denser residential, especially on the South and North ends of the Mall

Ugh so many things wrong with this. The buildings are too wide, there’s parking on the ground level, nothings orientated towards 109 Street, the building on 111 Ave should be taller to provide a street wall on a wide thoroughfare. I hope this goes back to the drawing board. This area of town really needs to urbanize and this is not the way to do it. This looks like a project that belongs on James Mowatt Trail.

I suppose something may be better than an empty lot, but this makes me wonder if a new slogan should be Edmonton - city of missed opportunities.

Wow I was excited about this lot being developed but that is uninspired as hell...

It's a real shame that we lost the previous building as it was quite unique and had a ton of character.

Could have added density around it, renovated it and incorporated it.
