^^ odd little set of stairs peeking up proud of the finished plaza elevation and going seemingly nowhere

Those are spares in case any of the steps on the main staircase above need to be replaced.

to be fair the door to the right of the stairs in the pic is at least a meter up from the concrete so there must be some sort of higher level yet to go in.

Wish they went a shade darker on the canopy / roof like in the renders, but still looks fantastic

A more saturated colour option would have been nice, but in a way it does pair well with Century Place, at least in the photo.

The exterior is looking great and a large percentage of the construction has been completed but unfortunately there seems to be a lot more before they open up. According to my sources from a little while ago the actual completion is still a long ways away. I hope that isn't the case but it appears that the project is still going to take a while longer.

Unfortunately not, just that there is more to be done and it will get done eventually.

Since they still have "construction doors" for entry it says to me that they still have some rough construction elements to complete inside
