Doesn't look like any work is being done on the central District heating plant.

Downtown District Energy is an initiative involving the Winspear and EPCOR. The project is currently in the detailed design stage and construction is expected to start in Q3 of 2024. At the same time regulatory process and public consultation are ongoing.

Probably something similar to the AGA with heat tracing and a 'gutter' to funnel it into.
