Probably something similar to the AGA with heat tracing and a 'gutter' to funnel it into.

It will be worth it. Nothing decent comes cheap nowadays we don’t want to scale it back to it’s bare minimum like we do so consistently

Well being at the Winspear when my wife has been practicing. they do need rehearsal space.This will definitely help. Also open up the facility for more events. Cost wise. I wonder if the increase is for the central energy plant as well.
