WOW ! Looking incredible.
60 years ago, (or a little more), this end of town was a farmers field. (Not that I was there back then : ) ,
Looking very big city now .
 
And there's NO snow in those pic's. It's December first tomorrow !
MERRY early Holiday greetings to all.
 
From my perspective this is a **** star development for several reasons -- take over of a "brownfield" site that was abandoned by a previous developer; long range outlook for a TOD-compatible build-out; and human-scale commercial uses that will blend well with an LRT stop. If it continues to unfold as visioned, then it will ultimately deserve an extra star.
