I had recently moved to Edmonton in 2013 and my buddy from Toronto was visiting his in-laws here. The dude claimed that "you don't want to live anywhere inside the Henday". We left his in-laws residence with me explaining he's delusional.

That monstrosity of a house (that I think might be two houses merged into one?) behind this that has been for sale forever would be another good lot for a development like this if the lot is big enough.
