I imagine the city has to decide whether to continue to keep a capital commitment to the project through the next budget cycle?
Unless office absorption has really turned around (any new stats - last I saw commercial core vacancy was forecast to be north of 19%), or a lot more product has been taken off the market by conversions, this is still on hold.
