Hell, if they insist on being the ones to develop the site in the end, just put a carbon copy of The Pearl there (roughly the same lot size). Would be better than any of their recent offerings.

That’s the nicer side of it too, go take a look at the southeast corner by oeb, the remnants of some encampment are in that corner, it’s a beauty.

Good, there should be a ton of highlighting this area as it’s becoming a massive problem. With the manulife and Scotia construction and this lot it has become a massive dead zone. Someone was randomly attacked on the sidewalk on 101 street just outside Enbridge Center last week. This is one of our premium buildings and it’s in a war zone.![]()

Yup, a large one that can clearly be seen from the street as there are fences around the holes to keep people out... always curious if it is home to a few these days.I didn't realize there was a basement!
