I usually drive thu this lot and I haven't noticed it's proposed for development. Do we know more abt it?

I hope they drop that hat doodad in the final design. It serves literally zero purpose and stopped being trendy in the early 2000s.

Get rid of that hat and change the entire color scheme to all black metal panels.

Really what brings this design over the top of unacceptable to me is just the color scheme. Did someone actually get paid to come up with that?

If this and the adjacent HYS Centre expansion both go ahead, there will be a much more 'uptown' feeling to the 111 Ave / 101 St. area, given that the Royal Alex, Royal Alex Place and CapitalCare Norwood expansion already provide considerable density. It would be nice to see those parking lots north of Royal Alex Place get filled in as well.

I've always considered 124 & Jasper area to be more of our Uptown, but regardless of labels it is exciting to see some big gaps filled in our main streets.

It would definitely be nice to see this parking lot filled. As much as I may like black, I think some silvers/blues/greys/and some black would be nice, although warmer coulours would probably feel nicer in the drab winter.
