Just grabbed a beverage at Coffee Bureau and the space was beyond busy. I see a very bright future for good businesses that open here.

It makes me wish Autograph could also get their hands on the pit across from the Exchange...

They do have the SE corner of 123/102. So I believe that’ll follow cobalt. maybe after that they’ll buy some more in that area?
