THE MARK on 109 | ?m | 5s | REVCOR Group | Whittaker Architect

Just found the property's page on Cushman and Wakefield's website. It's still up for judicial sale, with an asking price of $2.8 million. The brochure has a sample site plan and some renderings; they're cool to look at even though they're just placeholders.

A planning application (map) has been received for a property at 10902 77 Avenue NW.

The application proposes to rezone the property from Site-Specific Development Control Provision (DC2) to the Low-Rise Apartment Zone (RA7) to allow for low-rise multi-unit housing with a maximum height of 16.0 metres (approximately 4 storeys) and Small-Scale Infill Development Zone (RF3) to provide for a mix of small-scale housing.

An associated application has been made to amend both the McKernan-Belgravia Station Area Redevelopment Plan and the 109 Street Corridor Area Redevelopment Plan to enable the rezoning.

Council Public Hearing Date: Tuesday May 10, 2022

Reference File Number: LDA22-0036

Planner: Email Jordan McArthur or call 780-496-2622 for more information

I'll change The Mark's status to cancelled, and put further updates/discussion in the misc thread to avoid confusion. It's nice that something might proceed here, because this plot really makes the area feel emptier than it should.
