Losing the Glenora Bed and Breakfast Inn was kind of disappointing, but I really like this project so far.

I am looking forward to the human-scale street presence that this tower is going to have along 124th Street. The facade replication of the previous bed and breakfast inn is one aspect, but, more significantly, I like the niche patio that indents the main street aspect of the project, inviting exploration. Other developers might take note of this.
