This looks like the low rise urban filler developments happening in cities throughout the US. We could use a couple more of this kind of development in Edmonton.

I'd kill to see it built in the area just in front of the Police HQ. As massive as it is, it would make that parking lot wasteland much, much better. And with the work+live units, it would be ideal for a central location.

To me, this is like what 121 West could have been more akin to with a little more thought and effort put into the exterior design.

That curve could be used for studio suites. I agree the curve softens such a massive building.

Quite a difference what they have built compared to the renders on Procura's website https://procura.ca/our-current-projects/. I much prefer the original "final" render with the patio deck above the ground floor than what has been built.

You're looking at different sides of the building here. You need a picture from the opposite side to compare. I think the final product is actually accurate to what was promised.
