I'd like to see this go ahead but I'm not sure it will. Not an easy project given how tight the site is and the product they are hoping to deliver.

It seems as though they are stacking pre-manufactured modules which might be more easily pulled off on a tight site.

Some activity on site a couple days ago. I really like these smaller-scale residential projects in our city, they’re sort of like what you’d see in European neighborhoods.
