Yeah, a half block away though, there is an entire block minus the Omega condo of parking. I don't think there are any proposals for that site right now. Just north across the street to the parking is the Arlington hole.

Then again, these folks are future thinkers I imagine and Enbridge Centre seemed to fit the wise strategic thinking too.
