I hope I'm mistaken, but does this mean that Stantec isn't in Stantec tower anymore? ? or do they just mean a certain portion of the office space that was for sale?

Just that the office portion was sold, all tenants intact.

No they have a multi year lease so will be there for the long haul , at the rate they are reducing staff though it will be interesting to see how many are still in the Edmonton office.

It is quite probable that the efficiencies growing out of being in one location instead of 11 spread throughout the City has led to some Edmonton staff reductions, but, as world headquarters, it is unlikely that staff reductions will be focused here. Stantec has a pretty strong hold on the Canadian marketplace vis-a-vis engineering services.

Pretty sure it is across the board, specifically at the marketing/administrative levels, which would definitely impact the corporate office in this tower.

Last drawing I saw had it on the 103 ave side. on the east side of the podium. The Scotia Bank was to go in on the west side of the podium.
