Steel is likely delayed now after the steel worker fiasco. Iron workers weren't allowed on site after ward and one was apparently fired according to the CTV News report.

Interesting that they are just covering the window opening on that side. Wonder if it was optional?

@westcoastjos It's part of the elevator core, I don't think it was ever intended to be used as windows. Not sure why it wasn't just solid concrete on that portion, but I'm sure there's a good reason.
