lol....sorry guys! brain fart. i wonder where the soil goes that is dug out of the building site?

@MetroEd it used to go to landfill sites to bury garbage, but in recent years land-fill sites are taking much less trash in and so there is less demand for the burial process. Now it often goes to creative landscaping -- for example, excavated soil is being dumped at the north end of Blatchford field to create a man-made hill. But to the specific question as to where the soil from the ICE District is going, I'm not sure -- it is a good question.
