Buddy just moved in and I was over for the Oilers game tonight. Grabbed a few pics! Solis looking place. Hoping phase 2 has more retail as well. 20211124_211550.jpg20211124_211548.jpg20211124_210206.jpg20211124_210159.jpg20211124_205550.jpg20211124_205508.jpg20211124_205415.jpg20211124_205410.jpg20211124_205313.jpg20211124_205304.jpg20211124_195256.jpg20211124_195253.jpg20211124_195148.jpg20211124_195145.jpg20211124_194756.jpg

Talked to a guy from Rohit today. They are currently finishing phase 2 of this project- and I was sorry to hear they aren't going to continue with phase 3 for a little while now.

Instead they are going to be building a similar looking project on their property in Strathcona near Whyte. And once that's finished they have another site adjacent to that they will start.

I was hoping the momentum in Stadium Yards would continue. Still, a lot has been done.

That's too bad - the phase 3 lot is so big and prominent I was really hoping it wouldn't wait too long.

@TAS do you know where their location near Whyte is located?

Rather than say phase 2 like I referenced above for this project, I should have said building 2. Buildings 1 and 2 are up. Building 3 is on hold.

In terms of Rohit's next project I was told it's the 'Church of God' site just off Whyte Avenue. I actually don't know the exact location of that.

It is going to be rental not condo, which when planned as rental doesn't see a developer exit as frequently like Lamb did on a condo project. As an aside, Concord is Vancouver based and does very little outside of Vancouver.

Surely you don't mean Concord Pacific out of Vancouver - as they are building everywhere in Canada BUT Edmonton. https://www.concordpacific.com/communities/
