Why doesn’t St. Albert have it’s own thread?
I would say the East Village development in Erin Ridge would be a 3rd noteworthy project. Also not building related but sounds like Millennium park downtown St. Albert is moving closer to reality.Only 2 projects of any note right now would suggest not enough work. However the Life cycle upgrades for St Albert Place have started. The new recreation centre is moving forward but slowly. Lots of development going forward on the west side of town. 7-8 story apartments. A burnt out building still sitting prominently along a major thoroughfare. Not much

Millenium Park was a non starter., Why do we have to always develop wild lands. Even if it is a small grove. If they are going to borrow I would rather they spent it on Ray Gibbons or the New Rec centre.St. Albert votes against $20.8M loan for Millennium Park project
St. Albert council has decided not to borrow more than $20 million for a new park that's seen considerable pushback from the community.edmonton.ctvnews.ca
It's nice that people get to be reminded of this debacle every day with its prominent location. Embarrassing for the city. Also, yes, the "developer" is a joke...
