I really hope someone is willing/able to do something with that awesome little building right by Paul Kane park. I think it's owned by the city but it would be the most amazing cafe/wine bar with a patio overlooking the park. Sorry, I know it's a slight thread derail but it's related

No there's a little brown building between the rectory and the park. I'm not sure what it was used for but now I think it's mostly used as storage by the city.

Really hopeful for the corner retail. The more interesting things along my bike route, the better! The cafe seating should also hopefully mesh well with the Oliver Exchange space - love to see this kind of space utilization.
