West Block is one of the best developments by GEC (the use of timber columns there is just outstanding, among other things). If this is similar, I have high hopes and am looking forward to this.

Very exciting project. The purchase on the land elicited a number of unconditional offers when the U of A listed the site. The goal is to get into the ground this summer I believe (not sure whether that would be possible).
