My guess is a rezone down to something more manageable like 22-27 storeys, but here's hoping and another absolutely KEY lot to get going.

I'm am calmly optimistic. Cidex has for the most part been delivering. Can't wait to see what they have planned.

Is/was there a rezoning application for this lot? Would be nice to have this one filled in as well.
