Nope, this site. I’m creeping the traffic cams and see equipment being mob’ed to site. Unless that equipment is going to the adjacent site under construction?

It looks to be pretty minor, and just changes it from DC2 to RA8. I wonder if the applicant's client wants to build something, or just re-sell it with a less restrictive zone?

The new owner intends to develop it for student-oriented housing. They want the RA8 as it is less restrictive versus the current DC2.
