Opinion: The Warhouse District grid needs to be severely narrowed, down to one lane on most streets, with trees heavily lining the streets. This should be done BEFORE people live there that would reject this.

Making the streets nicer can help encourage projects like this happening.

Well student housing would be great in this area.

It would be great for the area if this proceeds and with its proximity to MacEwan, Norquest and LRT, student housing makes good sense.

There still remains a bit of a gap between 104 and 108 streets. Hopefully that will start to fill in and some of the surface parking lots or old/underutilized buildings can be redeveloped.
