When I go through Manulife the area on the second level is consistently one the busiest downtown, if not the busiest. So hopefully they will fill the rest of the remaining retail space here when construction is done.

Ace Coffee has gotten VERY busy during office hours, which is great to see.

Or maybe that is indicative of a lack of quality coffee options in the Financial Core of Downtown right now. Only good local ones (imo) are Credo, The Hallway, Caffe Sole and Ghostlight. Not counting Luichi's since their roast is too dark for my taste.

Luichi's is kinda cheeks ngl (no hate towards the guys running the truck its just the coffee)

I agree that our lack of street-level coffee shops in downtown is really stupid. We need MOAR COFFEEEEE

Was my go-to in DT for a while. They have a donut which is split and filled with fresh strawberries & whipped cream, I'm not a big dessert person but they really knock it out of the park.
