there’s a sign permit that leads me to believe National Bank will be putting a sign at the top of the tower. Interested to see how that’ll look

A sign is nice but too bad they have made significant job cuts in corporate areas where synergies are to be had, from what I’ve heard anyways. And maybe others on short term contracts with more cuts to probably come, also from what I’ve heard

One unit at at time is better than none, but maybe we need to speed it up a bit now. I suppose the similar age of some of the larger office buildings is part of what is leading to this happening now.

Having such a prominent location could give National Bank an advantage over some other banks who think just having a small branch in ICE District or in a nearby mall is a sufficient presence in a major Canadian city.
