Came across this thread and was wondering why the last images posted were of it under construction 3 years ago, now I see why.... (google street view May 2023)

Turns out the dev Copperblock Capital Corp. doesn't pay their contractors/builders, at least thats what the 10 google reviews (all 1 star) say about them, seems like they've also shut down operations completely. I wonder what the future is for this parcel of land, hopefully someone here knows more about it. They also had 2 more proposals in Edmonton:
