I believe the current plan is for temporary parking until the rest of the parkade is completed and ready.

It looks taller then the city of Edmonton tower.

@Jarodsc17 Looks like, but the height will almost certainly change by the time this one actually starts moving ahead. Not sure about timeline either, but 2021 is a reasonable guess.

Also, Daryl Katz hinted a year or two ago now, that this site may be a trophy tower. So if that happens, the design, and the height may be dramatically different.

Bylaw 12800, as amended, The Edmonton Zoning Bylaw is hereby further amended by :
a) deleting Section 910.12(4)(b) in its entirety and replacing with the following:
“b. Building Height
The maximum building Height shall be as follows and in accordance with Section 52:
i. 180 m for land north of 104 Avenue NW;
...

Based on this I'm going to say Tower "I" will likely be around 180m.
