That cidex project in St. Albert is supposed to be two towers (16 and 20 storeys). Weird how there’s no renderings anywhere though.

Is that schematic for real? If so, it can't be long before Moscow wants its slab tower back.

That’s not the problem with this…..we were speculating that this was going to be a 25 storey tower. Not a low rise, but of course we could be looking a lot a separate project here, not the Cidex towers that we think

This project is great. Big impact on the area. Especially exciting that there till be two more towers to follow. Also that the Varsity will be going in next door.
