Are those ravine trees going to be considered a fire hazard now, due to building proximity? I sure hope they don't get cleared.

Could just be the way they look in the photos...I haven't been past this site in a while.

The ravines are one of my favourite attributes about this city. I wish there were more. Groat Road is such a fun drive.

Project construction is a little strange, the North section that the tower is built on is above grade, while the South section of the pit is still at the bottom of the underground parking.

@jason403 Not sure exactly the reason, but large sites are often done in stages like that. ICE District's underground parkade was raised in something like 6 squarish sections.
