So much for those Rogers rumors. That said, a fitness club would be quite welcome when you consider the number of downtown fitness clubs that have bitten the dust recently (GYMVMT, Crunch, X Therapy, Good Life etc). Most importantly: no mega-bar!

I remember this. Probably a controversial opinion, but this would've been a more interesting addition to our skyline than Fox, although the podium is worse. Would've filled the void left by the former Scotia Plaza reclad.

Meanwhile this, and the other Fox 2 bays remains completely empty and devoid of any activity 6+ years and counting.
Laughably I heard through the grapevine that the developer was looking for a loan based on stabilized CRUs in the commercial lol. Imagine having the nuts to ask for a loan based on stabilizing CRUs that have been empty since 2017.
