If only they did the hidden railing treatment on the balconies as depicted in the renderings, this would've been a total win for the City. Alas, they cheaped out and went with the same ugly treatment as Icon and Fox, probably got a good deal retaining a vendor.

Honestly, if they had made the railings like that throughout, it would've actually made the whole building look quite cool

They should have used frosted glass for the railings.

Top half all windows wrapped around with existing panels below with frosted balconies would have been ideal IMO.

I think that those renderings were just idealizing the suns reflection not proposing frosted glass.

Checking out their website for floor plans, really dig Unit A (2bd). Finally a modern build that includes a storage area in-suite again, I'll forever hate that storage has essentially been removed from modern apartments.

So is this one only going to be one tower (referring to the latest renderings of just falcon 1 being visible and no falcon 2) or is the second still going ahead?
