100 Ave, please

100 Ave should be the next big redevelopment area in downtown. The Odaymin Park area is beginning to fill in very nicely, but I would love to see similar stuff happen along 100 Ave.

Are they waiting to announce until after the election results are finalized?

Probably. Both the City and Province typically have blackout periods during elections for communications and announcements.

Not to be too negative but let’s see this one get going on tower 2 before we get to crazy plotting their next tower site. It’s been multiple years since anything over 6 stories has broken ground so here’s hoping…

Langham is already committed to the near cycle; we are not trying to direct their next move; just musing as to what it might be. Simply put, what other function does this site serve than to speculate on directions that are beneficial to the City.

Worked in that building for 6 months back in 2005. Cool older building. Not sure if it's gone through any big changes since then but I sure hope so.

The top two floors are/were two stories. Reception desk on the first floor then a big office and open space on the top floor. Really cool setup.

The top floor lounge and 'UN-like' boardroom is super cool. Had the pleasure of attending a few ATCO Christmas events there and it is old school awesome.

I wonder if the ATCO tower had the red colour to blend in with the First Presbyterian Church.
